About Me

I've always been intrigued by learning new things. If I have an interest in a topic, I do all I can learn about that topic. My interests have ranged from American Sign Language to multiple instruments, to chemistry, to computers and coding. I credit much of this because I always want to know how things work and thrive when challenged.

I'm an avid iPad reader due to running out of space for all of my books. Picture in your head the opening scenes of Belle from Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and you would have a good idea of how I am most of the time. When I'm not reading on my iPad, I'm playing on it, listening to music, or coding.

My husband and I have a sweet fur baby, Yogi. He's a Pyredoodle (Great Pyrenees & Poodle) who looks like a cross of a llama & a polar bear. White, fluffy, super soft with a long neck, has provided so much joy in our lives since we rescued him in 2019. Yogi is my coding partner as he loves to lay beside me when I code. When I'm getting frustrated or hit a roadblock, he will remind me it's time to go for a run to clear my head, which often solves the bug(s).

Mourn the losses for they are many, but celebrate the victories for they are few!
